Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays the same. We forward it through the system so missed calls can be texted back.
Is it legal to text people who called me?
Replying by text to someone who just called your business is different from cold texting. We set up carrier registration and only text people who called you. Our missed-call guide covers the rules in detail.
What does the text say?

What if I'm already on the phone?
