The report card
The report card is a free assessment based only on public information about your business. It is an opinion, not a guarantee of any result, ranking or number of jobs.
SMS terms: HVAC Marketing HQ Texts
- Program: HVAC Marketing HQ Texts, sent by HVAC Marketing HQ is a DBA of LT Park Brokerage LLC to people who opt in on this website.
- How you opt in: you give your mobile number and agree to texts in the chat on our website.
- What we text: replies to your questions, your report card, appointment reminders, and offers and tips about our HVAC marketing services.
- Consent: texting with us is optional and not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any text at any time. You'll get one final message confirming you're unsubscribed and won't get more texts.

- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

What every client agreement includes
The promises on this website are written into every client service agreement in the same words:
- Ownership: your domain is registered in your name, and your website content, Google Business Profile, reviews, customer list and leads are yours. If you leave, we hand over the site files and help move your phone number.
- Money-back guarantee: if you're not happy in the first 30 days after launch, tell us and we refund your first month's fee.
- Text-back: every missed call to your forwarded line gets a text back within 60 seconds while the service is active.
- Launch: your new site goes live within 14 days of receiving your content.
- Term: a 6-month first term, then month to month.
- Billing: monthly billing starts when you go live, not when you sign.
Using this site
Don't misuse the site, submit someone else's information without permission or try to interfere with how it works.
No warranty
The site and report card are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with courts in McLennan County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
